Whether addressing anxiety, trauma, or personal development goals, my therapeutic practice emphasizes a holistic approach to support clients. I have an interest and focus in blending traditional talk therapy with creative interventions to create a safe and nurturing environment. I have extensive experience in helping children and teens navigate the complexities of adolescence, friendship skills, self-esteem, boundary setting and emotional regulation. Additionally, I specialize in working with creatives seeking to overcome creative blocks and exploring their artistic identity. I believe in a trauma-informed, client centered and IFS informed approach to my therapeutic practice.
